"We have about 50% of the world's wealth but only 6.3% of its population. This disparity is particularly great as between ourselves and the peoples of Asia. In this situation, we cannot fail to be the object of envy and resentment. Our real task in the coming period is to devise a pattern of relationships which will permit us to maintain this position of disparity without positive detriment to our national security. To do so, we will have to dispense with all sentimentality and day-dreaming; and our attention will have to be concentrated everywhere on our immediate national objectives. We need not deceive ourselves that we can afford today the luxury of altruism and world-benefaction."
~ US State Department, 1948

One study says meat is bad, another says vegetables and fruits are bad. Jesus Christ I've had enough of these moronic articles that seem to come out on a daily basis contradicting each other! It just proves to me NONE OF THEM knows what the frick their talking about.
Use common sense. We're not clones. Every body is different so what is good for one person may not be good for another. You know your body better than anyone. If something you eat makes you feel sluggish/tired/sick, don't eat it again. You should feel energized after a meal. Don't gorge yourself. Eat until satisfied and leave it at that. Ideally it is better to eat small meals throughout the day compared to three big meals a day.
IMO studies are like polls, for suckers! Numbers and data can and are manipulated to suit any agenda. Who would be the wiser?
Why is SOTT printing (CBS) mainstream media articles anyway? All they do is lie. Do you suddenly believe professional liars?
