Maybe it's a sign of the times: People aren't so good at spelling.

That seems to be the case down in Florida, where transportation workers were recently getting ready to install a new exit sign on a freeway, and someone realized the word "Florida" was spelled wrong, according to a report on FirstCoastNews.com.

The spelling error was printed on the exit sign on Interstate 95 not only once - but twice - the website reported.

Transportation officials in Florida blamed the spelling mistake on a company out in Arkansas that manufactured the signs, FirstCoastNews reported.

The letters will reportedly be fixed to the correct order, with the Arkansas-based company footing the bill.
