"We have about 50% of the world's wealth but only 6.3% of its population. This disparity is particularly great as between ourselves and the peoples of Asia. In this situation, we cannot fail to be the object of envy and resentment. Our real task in the coming period is to devise a pattern of relationships which will permit us to maintain this position of disparity without positive detriment to our national security. To do so, we will have to dispense with all sentimentality and day-dreaming; and our attention will have to be concentrated everywhere on our immediate national objectives. We need not deceive ourselves that we can afford today the luxury of altruism and world-benefaction."

ever since videos first started coming out about these sounds ive been obsessed with them.they are so creepy but hypnotizing and i cant help but to think what may be causing them.ive read articles about how scientists say there was one super continent called pangea.supposedly it broke up and created the smaller continents we know today.they couldnt have just all of a sudden stopped.maybe the sounds are a result of our lands moving at a faster rate since the weather and earth changes have sped up,creating that sound as they rub against each other.hence the humming, vibrating, and screeching noises.im sure im not the only one to put this idea out there though.a little scraed but excited for the most part to see what will happen and what kind of a world we will be living on in the future.
