Fuqua, who is pro-life, says that sentencing a child to death is described in the Old Testament of the Bible and would require court approval. Fuqua believes that such a law in the U.S. would stop rebellious children, reports the HuffingtonPost.com.
The Arkansas Times reports that Fuqua wrote:
The maintenance of civil order in society rests on the foundation of family discipline. Therefore, a child who disrespects his parents must be permanently removed from society in a way that gives an example to all other children of the importance of respect for parents. The death penalty for rebellious children is not something to be taken lightly. The guidelines for administering the death penalty to rebellious children are given in Deut 21:18-21...
This passage does not give parents blanket authority to kill their children. They must follow the proper procedure in order to have the death penalty executed against their children...
...I know of many cases of rebellious children, however, I cannot think of one case where I believe that a parent had given up on their child to the point that they would have taken their child to a court of law and asked the court to rule that the child be put to death. Even though this procedure would rarely be used, if it were the law of land, it would give parents authority. Children would know that their parents had authority and it would be a tremendous incentive for children to give proper respect to their parents.

That is the most sickening I have ever read that a politician has openly admitted. The word "psychopath" gets thrown around here a lot... it certainly applies here. To him it's not about making the world a better place, it's about having a lust for power over others, a lust for death.
.his idea involves parents seeking the court, er, government to kill their rebellious children. What a plan. And this person still has a job? He's married, but does he have children? How frightening to think he might have kids. Imagine being his child and learning that your father has had this 'brilliant' idea. He fits right in with the psychopath freak show in Washington.

...can be rebellious because they are frustrated with the ways of the world. Children often feel frustrated and angry and until they mature and expand their vocabulary - cannot always express themselves to adults. Children are exposed to far too much sexualised advertising and pornography as well as gratuitous violence (is there any other kind) and images of anger and illness. I have no doubt many Children are rebellious because they are confused about the world we have given them.
To kill a rebellious Child is an evil repugnant thought that could only emanate from an evil repugnant mind. Fuqua is absolutely a psychopath and to be avoided at all times.
