What can we get from this video:
- There is an antenna that looks similar to military one. I'm not a radio engineer.
- In the begging a man says "Start!" or "Ignition!", it is difficult to tell without context
- Later another man says: "And what are these? Are these "falsiers"? (He uses word derived from "false" or "spoon". Probably he means false targets)
- Next they say: "There they are. Yea. Yea. One. Two..."
Originally the video was longer, because operator needed time start shooting. Possibly the author of this video could be someone from military who didn't want to reveal where and when he filmed this.
They don't seem to be meteorites as they move too slowly and there's no flash from the impact.
