One large fireball spotted by an Ohio witness from the 5th floor of the Westchester Medical Center on July 16, 2010, split into multiple pieces and appeared to form a diamond shape in the sky, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

"My second reaction was we were about to be bombed, then it separated into three pieces, the middle piece remained larger than the two pieces on either side," the witness stated.

The witness reports that each piece maintained an equal distance between the others.

"Then they disappeared and as fast as they went two came back and then two more appeared to form a diamond, then a fifth appeared on the bottom right. The two on the left and right disappeared and appeared lower, then bottom left light moved diagonally toward upper right. "

When the witness realized photos were bad taken through glass, he (or she) ran down five flights of stairs to get to the street, and then discovered that only two objects were left - and they quickly disappeared. The entire sighting lasted about 10 minutes.

Westchester Medical Center is in West Chester Township, Butler County, in the southwestern piece of Ohio, where the population is about 60,000.

Ohio, July 16, 2010 - One big fire ball. MUFON Case # 24571.

I was up on the 5th floor of Westchester Medical Center looking out the window toward 75 north. All of a sudden I looked up and saw a HUGE fireball. My first reaction was maybe it was a small comet burning up.

My second reaction was we were about to be bombed, then it separated into three pieces, the middle piece remained larger than the two pieces on either side.

They all maintained equal distance from either as they spread apart. Then they disappeared and as fast as they went, two came back and then two more appeared to form a diamond, then a fifth appeared on the bottom right. The two on the left and right disappeared and appeared lower, then bottom left light moved diagonally toward upper right.

I tried to get my video camera on my droid to work but it wouldn't penetrate the window. I ran down five flights of stairs out the back door and as I turned the corner two were left, literally zipping back and forth and then they were gone as fast as they appeared.

This went on for at least ten minutes.
