I find it queer that there is no depth to this earthquake. Is it just raw data and will be updated later or could it be something else like a nuclear test ?? Somewhere in the google it says poorly constrained in parentheses when giving the depth as 0 km. I searched for about an hour in earthquake glossaries but could not find what this means.
